Biography

Sergio Zamarron is the owner of Distinctive Drafting & Design, LLC. He graduated and earned his Associate’s degree in Drafting & Design in 2004. Shortly after, he founded his firm in 2006, and since has been providing professional, detailed residential and commercial plans for his customers. He began operating in the Rio Grande Valley area and then branched into the San Antonio, Austin, Victoria and Houston areas where he has been providing his services for over 6 years now. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Building (AIBD) and a certified designer with the Texas Institute of Building Design (TIBD). With over 20 year’s experience and more than 17 years through his firm, he’s worked on commercial projects, such as franchise hotels and commercial plazas. He specializes in custom residential design and through the years has helped many customers envision their dream home.

Biography

Adam Gonzalez attended Texas State Technical College from 2002-2005, and holds 2 (CA) licenses since he has worked with several design and architecture firms providing residential and commercial plans for contractors and clients. For the past decade, he has worked with Distinctive Drafting & Design, LLC, and is currently the Chief of Operations overseeing the needs of the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio offices. With over 20 year’s experience, he has provided quality, detailed plans to many clients and contractors, while developing professional relationships with his customers.
